DIRECTIONS & INFORMATION
From Marshall, Arkansas turn east on 27, go about 11 miles to a Y at Harriet, bear left on 14 & go uphill about 2 miles to CR148 (I think). It’s the 2nd road to your right.   Go past 2 houses & turn downhill (the road is usually terrible but passable). Go in about half a mile, shutting any gates behind you!!!! The property starts near where the track splits to go around the hill. Continue up to the right, & look for the cabin uphill on the left.

The cabin is located on the highest end (west side) of the property. The 20 acres runs downhill to a seasonal creek, then back partway up the next hill. It has power & phone lines. It is all wooded, abundant with hardwoods and cedars . No live water on the property but good springs nearby (but of course I don’t own those). Three borders are fenced (old) & fairly well marked. The South border is approximate. It’s never been surveyed, at least by me. I’ve owned it since 1976.
This was a great place when we were young and could rough it, and with work could be a great home again. It’s a really private& very pretty hillside. It’s also got good potential for a deer camp or camping retreat. I hate to let it go but I need the money for my Old Age!!!!!
